The Procedure
Regenera Activa uses Autologous Micrografting Technology (AMT) — a process that extracts, processes, and reinjection of your body's own progenitor cells and growth factors from hair follicle tissue. The entire procedure takes approximately 45–60 minutes from start to finish.
Three tiny punch biopsies (2.5mm diameter) are taken from a donor site at the back of the scalp (the permanent zone unaffected by DHT-driven hair loss). This takes under 5 minutes and leaves marks so small they are invisible within days.
The three tissue samples are placed into the Regenera Activa device along with a sterile saline solution.
